History
Romanian Wikipedia gives the manor (LMI AG-II-m-B-13836, Str. Valea Popii) as the residence of Mihail Ghelmegeanu, dated c. 1930. Ghelmegeanu (1896-1984) was a jurist and National Peasants' Party politician who served as minister of public works (1938-39) and of the interior (1939-40). The manor's later history, condition and use are not known.
