History
The manor is known mainly through its entry on the Monumente Uitate register of neglected heritage buildings, which lists it as a dwelling in Gavojdia commune. A Gartner family is recorded among the landowners of Gavojdia around 1912, alongside the Greek Catholic diocese of Lugoj and another private landowner. The village's large estates were broken up by the 1924 land reform.
