Summary
A manor in Sâmbăta de Sus (Brașov County) on the Brâncoveanu estate, dated to the 18th-19th centuries by the heritage list. Renovated 2006-2011 by the town hall and a private company.

History
The estate was bought in 1645 by Preda Brâncoveanu. After the 1921 land reform it passed to the Ministry of Agriculture. During the interwar period it served as a creation centre and workshop; later it was a warehouse and deteriorated. From 2006 to 2011 the town hall and a private company renovated it.
