Lecca Manor, Radomirești
Conacul Lecca
sat Radomirești; comuna Letea Veche, Bacău
Summary
A manor dated 1895 in Radomirești (Letea Veche commune, Bacău County), the only listed historic monument in the commune and a former seat of the Lecca boyar family. A 2026 press profile describes it as standing in relatively good condition.
History
The Historic Monuments List dates the manor to 1895 and classes it as a monument of local interest. Radomirești, on the right bank of the Siret, is attested from 1867 and takes its name from a boyar family named Radu. According to a Ziarul de Bacău profile published in May 2026, the Lecca family's seat was at Radomirești and the manor still stands there in relatively good condition. A B365 article says the family's houses were confiscated after the communists took power, and that a descendant later came back to the manor to rebuild and restore it.
