History
The Historic Monuments List dates the manor to the first half of the 19th century and names it after V. Tăutu. It is one of five listed sites in Dagâța commune and is classified as a monument of local interest. Monumente Uitate records it with no current function. A 2015 report in Ziarul de Iași found it in private hands; the owner said the building was falling down and refused the reporters entry, allowing a single photograph from the gate.
