History
The house is the former residence of Count Szilvássy and is dated to about 1800. After later use that included a kindergarten on the ground floor, the rest of the ground floor and the attic became apartments, mostly private plus one owned by the city hall. Romanian Wikipedia says the building was altered so much that it no longer has the features needed for monument status and that declassification is intended. It also says major repairs are needed.
