A manor house in Răducești village, Topliceni commune, Buzău County, once the country estate of the painter Ștefan Popescu (1872–1948), who bought it from the landowner Constantin Iorgulescu. After nationalisation it served as the headquarters of the local state farm.

History
According to Turism Buzău, the painter Ștefan Popescu bought the estate from the major landowner Constantin Iorgulescu, father of the painter Petre Iorgulescu Yor. Popescu set up a studio with a terrace at the manor, kept a wine cellar where he hosted friends, and spent his last years there. After nationalisation the manor became the headquarters of the local IAS (state farm), which ran the vineyards of the confiscated estate. The same page describes the manor as still standing and as unjustly left off the list of historic monuments.
