History

A stone plaque on the facade carries the arms of the Inczédy and Wass families and the year 1774, suggesting an earlier manor on the site. The lawyer Lajos Bokros rebuilt the house in 1898-1900 on the Inczédy estate inherited by his wife Julianna Inczédy. In 1903 the property passed by marriage to the royal notary Rudolf Schilling, who had married their daughter Júlia Bokros. After nationalisation in 1948 it housed a school and the office of a collective farm. It was returned to a private owner in 2005.
