History
The manor was built in 1878 by the Ghica family in a neoclassical style. Through the marriage of Adina, daughter of Constantin Ghica Deleni, to the lawyer Nicolae Polizu-Micșunești in 1901, it became the family home of the Polizu-Micșunești, whose son Nicolae grew up there. In 1946 the estate was confiscated by the communist regime and the boyar family was deported to the Bărăgan. The building has since been restored and stands in a park with old trees and some exotic species.
