History
The manor is dated 1850 and stands at Str. Preventoriu 3 near the mill in the centre of Băneasa; it is one of ten listed monuments in the village. The estate belonged to Dimitrie Bildirescu (born 1847), twice prefect of Teleorman County and a member of Parliament in 1895. His son Lucian Bildirescu (born 1884), an army officer who later headed the Royal Riding School, inherited the estate with his wife Adina; they had no children. After the communists came to power the state took the estate and manor. Wikipedia also gives the name as Bilidirescu.
