History
Lăpușnic (Lapusnyak in Hungarian) had a sizeable lesser-noble community from the 15th to 17th centuries, and Hungarian Wikipedia records a former Lázár manor house (udvarház) among the village sights; the Orthodox church of 1726 reused parts of a mid-17th-century Lázár family building. Peasants ransacked the nobles' manor houses in 1784. The manor catalogued as Lázár László is currently without a function.
