History
Romanian Wikipedia states that Baron Ludovic Ambrozy built a manor (castle) at Remetea Mare in 1720 and that it has survived. The Ambrozy family held land in the area, sold the estate to other owners and later bought it back. In 1848 the building served as a field hospital. The LMI list gives a different date, 1820. Monumente Uitate lists the manor as not accessible.
