History
According to the sale listing, the castle dates from the beginning of the 20th century. The town of Săliște is first documented in 1354 and was declared a town in 2003. Interior works are largely done and need only finishing, while the facades still require full renovation. The building has a large cast-iron staircase and brick decoration. It is offered for EUR 1.4 million by Romania Sotheby's.
