History
The manor was built in the 19th century in a historicist style and belonged to the Pongrácz family until 1944, when the Romanian state took it. It once had a large garden and park; the park is now heavily overgrown, and a family chapel of the Pongráczes stands in the fields south of it. It now serves as a social institution; Monumente Uitate gives its function as a psychiatric hospital. Descendants of the family have sought to recover it.
