History
The manor is dated to the late 19th century in the national heritage list and is associated with the Marian family. Monumente Uitate records it with no current function. In 2013 the daily Adevărul listed the Dobrotinet manor among the Olt buildings needing urgent intervention, and in 2017 Gazeta Oltului placed it in a group of manors with 50 to 80 percent wear.
