History
The manor stands at József Attila street 30-32 in Sfântu Gheorghe and is listed as a historic monument (CV-II-m-B-13101), dated to the 18th-19th centuries. According to the Hereditatum data sheet (2009) it is a freestanding rectangular building set toward the rear of its plot, which has since been subdivided. The original windows and frames were replaced in the second half of the 20th century, which the sheet says greatly reduced its value as a monument. Once a manor house, it is now a dwelling, divided in two parts with separate entrances according to the local monuments site.
