The heritage list (LMI AR-II-m-B-00568) dates the building to 1800-1850 and gives the address Calea Timișorii 29-31, in the Aradul Nou district. The Monumente Uitate entry attributes it to the Nopcsa de Felsőszilvás family and marks it as not accessible. The listing name says it houses the forestry school group. A 2025-26 school-network document lists the same address under a different school, so the current use is uncertain.
