History
The heritage list dates the site to the 15th-16th century. Hungarian Wikipedia reports a local tradition that the ruin was a castle of Miklós Toldi and notes that the Toldy family took its name from a vanished village nearby. In 1851 Elek Fényes described only the remains of an old earthwork there, so the nature of the structure is uncertain. Its ownership and restoration history are not known.
