Summary
A two-storey manor with a large cellar and a tall porch in Cioranca, Movila Banului commune, Buzău County, raised around 1920 and belonging to the lawyer and landowner Virgil Mănciulescu. After nationalisation it housed the local state agricultural enterprise (IAS), and after 1989 it was left to become overgrown; it now looks abandoned, beside the main road.

History
The manor was raised around 1920 and belonged to Virgil Mănciulescu, a former lawyer and landowner. After nationalisation, like most boyar mansions, it became the headquarters of the local state agricultural enterprise (IAS), together with its outbuildings. After 1989 it was left to be overgrown and, according to a 2023 article, now looks abandoned; its ground-floor doors are heavy iron and locked. It is clearly visible from the national road at the entrance to Cioranca from Buzău.
