Summary

History
According to Atitudine în Argeș (2019), the manor was built in 1925 and refurbished in 1958; it was part of the estate of a historian of the Brătianu family, expropriated in the 1945 land reform, after which the state took the villa, the administration house and a modern farm. In the 1950s the mansion became a state agricultural enterprise. In 2016 a sale announcement, reported by Monitorul de Suceava, named the former owner as the historian Gheorghe I. Brătianu and described the building as not habitable; a preliminary sale contract was reported at 35,000 EUR. By 2019 the property was again advertised, at 80,000 EUR, and the article states that none of its owners had renovated the main building. It is distinct from the older Teodor Brătianu manor, also in Tigveni.
