The manor dates from 1900 and carries the name of the Iliescu family. It is classed as a historic and architectural monument of local importance. The house has a semi-basement and a ground floor, and the grounds include a gazebo, a guardian's house, a restored barn and a former stable now used as a workshop and distillery. The current owners have held it since 2009; according to the sale listing, they restored it using traditional materials. It was offered in 2020 through an auction house at 350,000 EUR and is now listed by Romania Sotheby's at 295,000 EUR.
